My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner and I don't think we could have picked a better place. Everything was simply amazing. The food is out of this world, and if something can be housemade or bought locally, it is.
Okay, we just swing in for pizzas, and they were fantastic. The margarita and the meatball pizza were delicious! Super savory flavors with a very nice tomato sauce base. The parmesan was an excellent accent on the meatball pizza. We pretty much destroyed both of these 'zzas. The crust texture was spot on. When we return to the area we want to do a full blown dinner here! The staff was super friendly, and as others have noted the bartender was a good guy. He seemed to have a good rapport with the clientelle. Definitely put this on your list to check out when in the area.
The pasta is homemade, the ingredients are so fresh and the dishes are delicious! I love it here, and the staff is fantastic!
I had a rosemary duck pasta which tasted like nothing I've ever experienced before. Excellent beyond words. My wife's pork shank fell off the bone at the touch of a fork, that's how beautifully tender it was. Our mixed drinks and wine were delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere suited our specific circumstance. It's definitely not a cheap dining option and something I can't afford on a regular basis, but I doubt there's a more perfect choice for a special occasion.
After several meals still 5 stars! The service is great, the food is phenomenal, and ever changing. With an added bonus of farm to table.
This is my favorite Italian place in the Lehigh Valley. If you see the squid ink pasta dish on the menu, order it!!
