What a disappointment. We brought a visitor from San Diego here for an easy and representative meal in the city. The order went in but we did not get the soup ever at same time as salad. Food arrived was tasty though cold. Asked for water at same time as our beers. Hey Fegleys - we know you can do better. Christmas season is not an excuse, it is your reason to do really well. That didn’t happen last night.
I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was! The staff is friendly and helpful. Service was extremely Fast! And the food is Great! They also have a selection of all different flavored beers including pumpkin and blueberry.
to get. Eventually the steak came out in a to go box...see the second pic. We spoke to the manager and the best we got was to go containers.
The interior is nice, with beautiful booths and a nice amount of daylight.
Friendly staff, delicious beers (beautiful flight of tasting glasses), and great food.
Giving three stars because the server was very apologetic and provided excellent service and the manager did what he could to rectify the situation. I hope they're able to fix these issues because the Brew Works is really charming and I would love to be able to recommend them without hesitation.
I ordered the flat iron steak and fries with a group of 7. 4 of our meals were ice cold and had to be sent back. The beer and the service are great. However, I won't eat here again. This photo is the second set of fries they delivered minus the steak I was supposed
Why didn’t I speak up? Our out-of-town guest was treating us and I didn’t want to sadden our evening. There are other restaurants in the area.
I don't know what's happened recently, but the food has had a severe drop in quality over the past year. Our party's appetizers came out separate, which was strange enough, but, out of a party of eight, none of us received hot food. Their fries are like chewing matchsticks when they're cold!
