My mom told me that they charged her the full $145 for just her hair, all he did was dye it and trim the ends a little, AND charged her an additional $25 for service; which was not even mentioned to me when I bought her certificate. They didn't even show her a pamphlet listing the different treatments she could exchange hers for, and the guy who worked on her didn't even introduce himself.
Loved the hilites, facial and pedicure I received. Top notch service. Carolyn is a skin magician. What a gem of a spa, right here in the Lehigh valley!
I definitely would not recommend this place.

I bought my mom a $145 gift certificate for Christmas, which she used today. I paid $75 for hair treatment/color, and $70 for a relaxing facial. The receptionist who was there when I bought the gift certificate told me that the money was a "dollar amount" which she further explained as meaning if my mom wanted to get something else instead of what I paid for, she could just choose something, like instead of a facial, she could get a manicure or something.
Two of the stars are for my massage therapist who did a great job. The other star is for the manicurist who did a nice job shaping and cleaning up my nails but did a really poor job on the polish on my toes and a horrible job on my gel polish on my toes. For the amount of money I paid, they should look flawless. The receptionist was nice, but talking about inappropriate things in front of a new client, didn't even leave the desk to get me a robe, but had a coworker get it for me, didn't give me any instructions, no key for my locker, I could go on. I suppose since this is more of a destination place, they don't really care, but I care, because it's my one day to myself away from my family while on a work trip and I just wanted to relax. It was ok, but I'd rather have spent my money on slots. I will say that my massage was great, I was snoring away!
