It was terrible customer service from the manager at this store. I came to the store today to get a chivas 18 and a package of cocktail. When I go to check out, I had asked for the Id. I gave to her the Id prove im over 21, but my wife who came with me doesnt have any Id with her. So they refused to sell for me. I was joking and said just kick her out of the store or can I just walk her out then come back to buy it, the answer still NO. The problem is when i come back 3hour later without my wife, the store manager still asking for my wife's ID. She said thats the law and show me the paper stick on the window that not selling wine to anyone who under 21 or something like that. This time I have my wife's passport because I know she try to being .... and give to her hand by hand. After she check my wife's passport she threw it back to me on the table without saying anything and walk away. I said thats how you serving your customers. She turn back and said a BiG YES and keep walking to the door in the back. I was in hurry I couldnt get the name. Im very sure that i serving a lot of BIG hard customers than you but I still have to smile with them and say THank you when they left. I will come back next time, BUT NOT for the purchase. Thank you for giving me a " good experience".
