this place was very friendly and informative. when i originally called they spoke with me on the phone & was able to schedule me right away for an apportionment. they e-mailed me all information needed prior to the appointment & when we arrived it was a great environment. the nurses who handled the ultra sound & blood work were great, the receptionist are friendly & the counselor was extremely friendly. the doctors were nice. the only downfall is the waiting time but that's to be expected in places like this.
They are very kind, thoughtful and understanding. They really seem to grasp the difficulty in making that choice and are just wonderful, compassionate people.
Already I am weary on going here. I called the office just an hour ago and I felt the lady I was talking to was rushing me and I felt she was barely willing to listen to anything I had to say.. and she really didn't. I told her I thought I was early, but I am not completely sure.. she said I should be scheduled in a month. Even after telling her that I was not sure how far along I am she said the same thing about scheduling something in a month.. I don't feel like she actually understood or was truly listen to what I was saying or trying to get across. I was expecting at least a appointment to be scheduled soon to figure out exactly how far along I am and then we could go from there. I feel like she just wanted to schedule something and get me off of the phone quickly.. not the best feeling to be going through on top of the stress and heartbreak that I am already dealing with. I talked to another clinic and we talked for at least 10 minutes. Not a 2 minutes and 30 seconds like I did with this clinic.. unbelievable as I just checked my call log to confirm the time we spent on the phone together.
The staff is very kind and supportive!!! Everyone is so helpful , it made feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend their services!!!
