Despite the negative reviews I read before going there, we went anyway. So.... we had 7 people, they told us only 6 per lane. Ok, we split up but were right next to each other. No biggie, although they got another $30 bucks out of us for having to do that. One of the lanes we had kept shutting down and we had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. ( probably about 6-7 times). So, they move us one lane over and said no one will be using the lane between us and our kids and they apparently comped us a game. Then as we are in the new lane, a group of 20somethings come in and sat in our "broken" lane with our girls
I had a good time for the most part until the employee started hitting on my husband on my own birthday WOW talk about customer service that employee had a different type of customer service in mind. Not only was that insulting but so disrespectful that she would do something like that seeing me with him. That was my first time there and my last. I sure hope training is not based on how to find a date before the end of your shift.
Bowling and food are pretty solid. Service was good although it was pretty quiet for 5pm on a rainy Saturday. The reason for 2 stars is the arcade is an embarrassment. We bought $20 worth of credits to find out over half the stuff doesn't work! Three basketball machines, none work. Want to race your friend on a motorcycle or race car? Nope, one doesn't work on each. Spin the wheel to win tickets? Out of service. Skeeball, good luck getting more than four balls to roll down. I get these things get a lot of use but seriously we had to literally search for things they worked to spend the credits.
This is a nice place to have dinner and go bowling. They also have an arcade with games that give tickets so you can win prizes.
I was surprised how empty the place was on a Friday night. It used to be much busier. If they continue to have nights like tonight, I don't think they well be able to stay open for to long.
Revolutions is a great place for a time to spend with your family. We got at revolutions for eating diner and playing at the arcade. Overall the experience was great. This pizza was nicely cooked and flavorful and the arcade games were great especially the price. The only cons were that some of the games didnt work and it took a little while to get the pizza. Although I am definetly willing to come back soon and to go bowling.
