Nice people, quality products, and always willing to help with any issues on this journey of mine with my first real mountain bike. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is at least somewhat serious about bicycles.
Guy drove down it took us 45 mins to get there, for a salesman to treat me like a pos, and try to sell me a 2700$ bike that I wasn't interested in.
This shop deserves to thrive. Lisa and John, the owners, are very friendly and helpful. They let me try out a bunch of different bicycles until I found one that I liked, were very patient with all my questions, and even offered a few different ways to help me sell my old bike.
I had the best experience that I've ever had in a bike shop... and probably the best experience I've ever had buying anything, full stop! No pressure-just good, comprehensive, and friendly customer service.
LBS with excellent service! The hour’s drive from where I live is worth it. These folks went way out of their way to get a friend’s demo bike for me, just so I could ride it (at no charge). They are happy to work out all the details for you, and don’t push you toward a sale. Many other local shops make it feel like they don’t have time for you. My wife and I left this place saying “wow, they are so cool!” Keep up the good work, guys. This is the first time I’ve been excited to work with a bike shop in years, recently opting to do most of my research and buying online just because trying to get customer service from many shops is like pulling teeth.
